1. Introduction
This document governs access to, browsing of, and use of the website, as well as the conditions applicable to the services and content offered through it, owned by USHUAÏA ENTERTAINMENT, S.L. and THE NIGHT LEAGUE, S.L., which act as joint controllers, in accordance with applicable law.
Access to and use of this website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in these Terms and Conditions, as published at the time of access.
Certain services and content may be subject to specific conditions which, as applicable, replace, supplement, or amend these Terms and Conditions. Users must read and accept such conditions prior to using the relevant services.
2. Conditions of Access and Use of the Venue
2.1 Right of Admission
The right of admission is reserved. Access to events and venues is subject to compliance with these conditions, applicable legal regulations, and the instructions of authorized staff.
All attendees, including the hotel’s guests, are subject to these terms and conditions established for access to the events.
All attendees must present original, valid, and current identification. Citizens of European countries must present their national identity card or passport, and citizens of other countries must present their passport.
Access is strictly limited to persons over 18 years of age. Entry of minors is not permitted under any circumstances, even if accompanied by an adult, parent, or legal guardian.
2.2 Dress Code
Access to the venue is not permitted wearing flip-flops, sleeveless shirts, swimwear, uncovered torsos, shirts or flags of football or basketball teams, or any clothing, symbol, or ideological or religious attire that may offend the sensibilities of attendees.
There is no cloakroom service available at the venue. Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not permitted, except for handbags.
2.3 Personal Belongings and Security
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The organization is not responsible for lost or stolen items within the Ushuaïa Ibiza premises.
Lost items may be claimed within fifteen (15) days at the reception of the Ushuaïa Ibiza Hotel during opening hours. Except in exceptional circumstances, any alternative arrangements must be agreed in advance by email.
After this period, items will be deposited at the Sant Josep Local Police office.
2.4 Accessibility
If you need to carry medication or have any degree of disability, please contact our team in advance at contact@ushuaiaibiza.com. Access staff may request medical documentation or refer you to the venue’s medical service for verification.
2.5 Consumption and Conduct
The entry of beverages, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic, is not permitted.
Alcoholic beverages must be consumed responsibly and at the sole risk of the attendee. The consumption, possession, and/or sale of drugs within the premises is strictly prohibited.
Likewise, the organisation reserves the right of admission and the right to remain on the premises in respect of any persons who show clear signs of intoxication, consumption of narcotic substances, or any other condition that may pose a risk to their own safety, to the safety of other attendees, event staff, or to the proper running of the event.
In such cases, the organisation may deny access or proceed with the removal from the venue, without giving rise to any right to a refund or compensation.
2.6 Image Recording and Re-entry
Recording and/or photographing for advertising or commercial purposes without the express authorization of Ushuaïa Ibiza is prohibited. Professional cameras, drones and/or similar devices, Meta glasses and/or similar devices, digital cameras with telephoto lenses, tablets, laser devices, audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are also not permitted.
Re-entry to the venue is not permitted. Once the venue has been left, a new ticket must be purchased to re-enter. Attendees are advised to keep their ticket until the end of the event.
3. Image Recording
3.1 Social Media
During events held at the venues, images and videos may be captured for promotional, informational, or advertising purposes and may be used in any media, including websites and social networks.
USHUAÏA ENTERTAINMENT, S.L., THE NIGHT LEAGUE, S.L., and PALLADIUM GESTIÓN, S.L. shall act as joint controllers of the processing of such personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
The legal basis for processing shall be the consent granted by the user through the purchase of the ticket and attendance at the event.
Under no circumstances will identifying data be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
If an attendee does not wish to be recorded or photographed, they must avoid posing in front of cameras and expressly inform venue staff.
3.2 Video Surveillance
You are hereby informed of the presence of video surveillance cameras within USHUAÏA IBIZA, the purpose of which is to process the captured images to ensure the safety of people, property, and facilities.
Your data may also be processed by FIESTA HOTELS & RESORTS, S.L., as the owner of the establishment, for access management and video surveillance, based on the execution of the contract between the parties, the data subject’s consent, and/or legitimate interest, as applicable. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

4. Ticket Refunds
Refunds for tickets purchased in the event of cancellation of the event may be requested within forty-eight (48) hours following the cancelled event by contacting the point of sale and/or digital platform where the ticket was purchased, except where the cancellation is due to force majeure and/or adverse weather conditions, as provided by applicable law. The original purchase receipt must be presented.

8. Limitation of Liability
